The DREAM Solo Getaway Match Finder is operated by DREAM AI Travel under the DREAM Solo Getaways brand.

Policy effective date and scope

This Privacy Notice and retention policy are effective 24 October 2026. They apply to the free DREAM Solo Getaway Match Finder and describe its current functionality. A separate paid checkout or any future customer email service may have additional notices and retention requirements.

What you share

To unlock the free assessment, you provide your first name and email address. We also record your six assessment answers, the resulting match and trip brief, your optional marketing-consent choice and its wording version, timestamps, the source of your visit, and clicks on the planner button. We do not ask for payment details, passport information, precise travel dates, or your home address.

How the information is used

Your name personalizes the on-screen result. Your details, answers, result and interest clicks are stored in a managed database and may be included in operational notifications to the tool owner. These owner notifications are not emails to you. The tool does not automatically email your results or enroll you in a marketing campaign.

Your browser holds an opaque assessment-access credential in application memory while you use the tool. Access is checked by the server. Retaking the assessment clears the current interface state; it does not erase records already stored. Closing or refreshing the page may lose access to the current on-screen result, so copy your trip brief if you want to keep it.

AI personalization

Validated assessment answers and the rule-based match may be processed by the platform's managed AI service to personalize the wording of your brief. Your name and email address are not sent to that AI service. The application validates returned content and uses a complete rule-based brief if generation fails or is rejected.

Optional future marketing

The marketing checkbox is optional and starts unchecked. You can receive the free result without selecting it. A checked box records your permission for future DREAM trip-planning tips and planner updates; no customer email provider or campaign is connected in this version. Any future marketing setup must include a working unsubscribe mechanism.

Hosting, analytics and protection

The tool uses Manus-managed hosting, database storage, AI processing, and owner notifications. Platform website analytics are enabled. Technical logs and network information may be processed to operate the website, troubleshoot failures, and limit abuse. Leads and assessment details are not displayed in a public directory or public statistics. Tokens are protected on the server and contact details do not enter share links.

Free-assessment retention

We retain your free-assessment name, email, source, consent record, access credential, answers, scores, generated trip brief and related planner-interest events for up to 90 days from the submission of your contact details. They may be deleted earlier if no longer needed or following a valid deletion request. Selecting optional marketing consent does not extend this window.

DREAM AI Travel reviews and removes expired or unnecessary records at least every 30 days. Routine cleanup includes records aged 60 days or more, so the review cycle stays within the 90-day maximum. This version uses operator-run maintenance, not an automatic deletion schedule. Retention does not promise continued access to your brief; copy it if you want to keep it.

Copies, support and service-provider records

Copies of lead, assessment or interest notifications held by DREAM AI Travel are removed within 30 days of receipt. Any owner-held exports follow the original assessment's retention deadline; exporting information does not restart the clock. Routine support and privacy correspondence is retained for up to 90 days after a request is resolved, unless a limited legal exception applies.

Hosting, database backups, technical logs and managed-service records may follow the service providers' own retention and deletion processes. Deleting a live application record does not guarantee immediate removal from every provider-managed backup or log. We coordinate valid erasure requests with providers where needed and do not knowingly restore expired records to active use without applying the retention policy again.

Privacy requests and limited exceptions

Email supportdreamaitravel@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to withdraw marketing consent. We respond within 30 days, or sooner where applicable law requires. We may reasonably verify that the request relates to you; do not send payment details or passport information. If a lawful extension or exception applies, we explain it.

We keep information longer only where it is necessary for an applicable legal obligation or a specific unresolved dispute. Only the minimum necessary records are kept with restricted access, reviewed regularly and deleted when the reason ends. This is not a reason to retain all free-assessment data indefinitely. These periods are DREAM AI Travel's operating policy, not a statement that every jurisdiction has the same legal requirements.
